Mr Rapson's comments are perfectly legitimate and in no way question the integrity of the Trust chairman. We all talk of potential club owners being property men, so why not talk of the Trust people ? I don't see the problem. Surely all people taking up positions in the |Trust expect a certain amount of scrutiny, especially when elections come around.
Graham Clark, with others of the Trust, has come up with some good stirring statements over the last few weeks, but it all means very little, until it is known what the Trust represent in detail. Mentioning property and Argyle in the same sentence is pretty much impossible to avoid at this present moment in time.
My particular point was that Graham is a proponent of building a 24/7 arena in the footprint of Home Park, something that is very controversial.
Perfectly legitimate question from Leigh. At least we now know who the ISC are behind.
It's a shame thar mr Brent is a reluctant bidder and someone who is being lumbered with us as no one else can afford us or wants us. The question for me is his heart in it?
Daz - I think it is. JB is clearly passionate about the westcountry, he also clearly appreciates the economical impact of losing our club. He is very astute and will do things the right way for the club. It will be run properly and in a way which over time could well see us see the success we all so readily crave.
