I'd say that was a fairly major sticking point to any deal.
Before stumping up any money I would think he is waiting for the CVA to be agreed so he knows how much he is in for. That also gives him and Brendan a stronger negotiating position. The creditors know he can always walk away.
With the players and staff not being paid and Brendan, no doubt, not taking any fees yet the money from Stephen's transfer could see us through.
I am sure that the Stephens transfer money will go in with the match day income to fund the club until the end of the season, as for Brenda I will bet a pound against a pinch of pig poo that no-one gets their hands on Argyle until his wages are paid.
