Sorry, but, as I've explained frequently, my job has changed and I no longer do any Argyle news reporting. Nor does any other WMN writer. The WMN uses the Herald's Argyle news stories and match reports. Which is why I now publicise the Herald's Argyle coverage as well as the WMN's. Because, most of the time, it is identical.
Back to the point of the thread, I just hope that Brenda still has a plan B if the preferred bidder does a runner. I don't blame him for choosing this particular preferred bidder - legally, I think he had to favour the option which had proven funds and which seemed to promise the best available deal to secured creditors - but a happy outcome does not seem likely in the near future.
Why not? Are they in danger of pulling out?
