Heaney was there doing what.....sitting wearing a "i'm the chairman of the truro board" badge with the truro bit scribbled out with a sharpie and replaced with the word argyle next to a model of Home Park and a wrecking crane with an architects plan spread on the table adjacent to the continental breakfast he'd just picked up from the buffet counter and a man from Tescos looking over his shoulder with a big smile on his face....and when you tried to speak to him he hid under his magical cloak of exclusivity whilst trying to hide a £1 cheque from the bank of toytown signed by P Ridsdale
That would make anyone suspicious

There is a BIG problem with Heaney. He doesn't pass the "fit and proper" ownership test of the Football League, because he has interests in another football club. His ownership bid has already been refused for this reason. Why do you think he has been getting PR to take ownership while he was shedding his interest in Truro City?
