Sure BG would like to answer that one in front of the media on Monday.
Heaney will be acceptable to Brendan if the club comes out of Admin and he gets paid, it's all he ever has cared about and it's what his remit is anyway.
Brendan and Ridsdale may have known who the PB were all along, as there is a confidentiality clause they would not be able to say anyway so it's easier to say they don't know than to say I do know but not allowed to say.
This is what Guilfoyle said - http://pasoti.co.uk/talk/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=55251 -CW asked BG how he could be sure that no ex-Directors were part of the consortium. BG has made it clear to the PBs through the representative that he would not find it acceptable for previous Directors to be involved. BG also said that it would not be acceptable to the League or himself if Kevin Heaney was involved and once again stated the Football League must know who is backing the Club and a Public Announcement must be made.
BG continued to talk about the PBs plans, saying they would grant the Club a lease for a minimum of 25 years and fund a wage bill of £2million.
Mr G agreed the minutes of this meeting.
And maybe even the Administrator will come in for scrutiny by the FSA or whoever due to that statement alone, because he knows now at least that KH is involved
