I know Ridsdale was wanted by Cameron to be his press officer but was found to have too much integrity! Don't all the people in the news these days both local and national seem to come from the same cesspit of moral standards where a lie is only a lie if you are found out?
Seriously though, they were asked to pay £1mil for exclusivity and pay£300K until the day it all finally goes through. So if there is a hitch and the deal falls through Argyle are £700K short and have a couple of days to sort out a new buyer before the season starts: and Brenda thinks he's done a good job? FFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![]()
So will I give these men £400 for a season ticket? £300? £200? NO. Mr Ridsdale I will not pay upfront. 5500 season tickets to watch League 2 sh1te? Please can you tell me what medication you are on because it must be good stuff. In Ridsdale's world the sky is blue, the grass is green, Home Park is full and we all rejoice that he's saved our club as we sign up for season tickets just because he's asked us to.
BTW I walk 20 mins to get to Home Park so I don't care if the buses are free
As soon as they missed/underpaid their exclusivity contract Brenda should have opened it to other parties. Any decent Administrator would have forced their hand and made them reveal identities and put pressure on them for funds. He had the £300K and he could have used this as leverage, but there is obviously something we can't see and that involves BG & Riddler getting the best deal possible out of this fiasco.
Meeting the Riddler may give you a warm fluffy feeling, but the facts from the meeting says this is a crock o sh1te you are being sold and the worst deal imaginable.
flip season tickets, put your money in The Trust, let Ridsdale go bust & then buy the club off the next administrator.
As a City fan...if Carlsberg did Administrations
