You are correct Gareth.

Think so Gareth.

Incredible isn't it?

Marin(er) will be along soon to tell us to be patient.

That's correct Gareth.

Now the SPA has been signed, there is no need for any money to be passed over, as it automatically means that no one can 'get in' on the act.

In defence of what I saw and hear today though, I believe that the 3 of them believ that this is the best deal for the club as it stands now.

Other positive bits were, that the rent to paid on the ground, will now be less than Lombard were being paid and that of the council rent that was being paid.

Reading the notes it seems that Ridsdale is very keen to see the cash start flowing.

For my part he can fu*k right off but as i say i wonder what you think after the meeting.

Read IJN's new signature.

Thank you, Chris.

Maybe people still considering blindly buying a ST should keep that in mind.

To be quite frank I have mixed feelings on this and before giving a view from the Trust it would be only right of me to put the issue to a full ISC meeting.

On the plus side the money will be ring fenced so anyone buying a ST will not be funding the administration process.

I personally feel though that we need some concrete pledges on paying the staff/players - how and when this is going to happen etc.

In short I do not advocate a campaign against ST sales and would understand people who want to buy one to support the "new" club. I would however also understand those who want to see things moving before handing over what will be a substantial amount of money.

Well yeah, but it would be a bit much if it were more, seeing as the Lombard fee was based on an over-inflated valuation of the ground. I'd rather pay more to a stable landlord than have it sub let by a spiv from a charlatan.

Chris, following this meeting and taking all other meetings with club reps into account, do you feel more positive or less positive about the purchase of PAFC by the consortium and the sale of the football club to Ridsdale. (Would you encourage supporters to buy season tickets now or advise delay? - I see that's been asked and answered already. Sorry) As representratives of the fans I think many will look to you for that lead. Thanks for your continuing effort to work through this with BG.

Fully understand your position Chris, but I will make my own decision, not rely on you to make it for me - my answer is a definite NO!
