The plot thickens.

From Gibraltar to the West Indies and to West Yorkshire.
Documents seen by me reveal that Bishop International Limited, formed in February 2011, have one shareholder, two directors and two company secretaries.
The addresses of all three are either in Gibraltar or the West Indies.
The shareholder of Bishop International is listed as TOC Nominees Limited, Hunkins Waterfont Plaza, Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis, West Indies.
The two Directors are listed as TOC Nominees Limited with the same address in the West Indies and Octopus International Business Services Limited, Suite 31, Don House, 30-38 Main Street, Gibraltar.
The two company secretaries are listed as R.E. Services Limited with the same address as Octopus and TOC Nominees Limited using the address in the West Indies.
However, by coincidence there are two companies in the UK with the same names as TOC Nominees Limited and Octopus International Business Services Limited and both have the same address at Batley in West Yorkshire.
Documents filed at Companies House have no recognisable “Argyle” names but the company director for Octopus, Daniel Scruton, gives his address as “usually resident in Gibraltar”.
There’s no direct evidence to suggest that any former or current Argyle officials are involved with Bishop International Limited but the West Yorkshire coincidence is interesting.
Perhaps the press or the Trust could ask Ridsdale or even Guilfoyle if they know about TOC Nominees Limited and Octopus International Business Services Limited?
