Finally something I can agree with you on

I agree that the other options are certainly there to explore but as this plan B only got off the ground a couple of days ago it really has to be said that there is no time to get it all into place. The main reason being for that is lack of money. Obviously Mr Brent is at the meeting on Friday and he is the main source of that but he does not strike me as a man who is willing to gamble. The current debts at the club are huge and somebody has to clear them. There are still to many ifs and buts in any alternative plan and the stakes are high.
I still believe the best alternative is to get this deal through and support the club. THEN, we start negotiation.
I am confident that we as a club can raise over 10 million per annum and at the same time liberate football clubs at all levels and revoloutionalise the sporting world by raising millions
more for all sports. I am also confident that we as a club can influence a trend that will place sports clubs back at the hub of communities, helping to revitalise local economy and independent businesses.
I want Plymouth Argyle to be at the forefront of this and this downturn in our fortunes could actually be the beginning of something really special.

You have taken a hammering on these boards but have stuck to your beliefs and I have always thought you were a passionate fan rather than a troublemaker as some perceived you. Good luck.

Sounds extraordinarily ambitious! What's the idea Marin(er)? Genuine question.

in actual fact it's quite simple really and encompasses a lot of traditional values that we have forgotten relatively recently. you see, the world moves very fast now and human evolution is in fast forward mode, so much so that we rarely communicate through the way we have been used to for millions of years..... It has had a massive effect on the communities that have held us together for......millions of years. everything that we do now is judged in comparison with the rest of the world and a lot of it is irrelevant to us..
anyway, I digress..... It's simple and someone or something has to be driving it. I have always wanted Argyle to do it. Maybe the trust might want to as I actually think that is far more relevant.
