Heard a rumour last week that may offer some credit to this story.
Apparently Barry Hayles is looking to buy Truro off of Heaney. Not sure that he'd get his 5 million to fund Argyle but would solve the dual ownership issue.

He must have some savings tucked away then ??........
With the career he's had I'd be amazed if he wasn't a fairly wealthy man.

The last lot gambling millions of the clubs money to make themselves richer, they aren't prepared to cough up to pay someone to help get their money back. It absolute enrages me that many local businesses have been for forced to write off over 99% of money owed to them, whilst the only suffering Paul Stapleton has gone through was having to delay his so called family holiday, which half of his family weren't joining him for, whilst his son missed school for a day.
I was reading about Southampton the other night and noticed that the football league rejected a takeover from a consortium fronted by Matt Le Tissier.
This was orchestrated by all of the last lot the minute Blatter pulled Russia out of the hat.

As for this all being orchestrated again I don't know if it has been or not but didn't Ridsdale say at the London meeting his personal preferred bidder was Brent, which would (if he was telling the truth) blow that theory out the water?
It's become increasingly difficult on this site to accurately distinguish concrete facts from opinion disguised as facts.

We now know that the delay in the Sale and Purchase agreement is because Kevin Heaney is waiting on another land deal to be completed.
It’s also been reported that Truro City’s Treyew Road stadium is not up to the standard for the Conference if Truro get promoted again.
Heaney has already tried to build a new stadium at Treyew Road but local residents opposed it and a proposed new stadium at Threemilestone would cost £14 million and above.
So…. Is Heaney selling the Treyew Road ground to a supermarket chain or Cineworld and would then move Truro City FC to Home Park to groundshare with Argyle? Perhaps in time for the 2012-2013 season?
Would the local authority or Restrictive Covenants on the land at Treyew Road allow this to happen?
Heaney is linked to Gibraltar-registered companies Wittering Services Limited and newly-formed Cornish Land (Holdings) Limited so is he using either of these off-shore companies as a vehicle to sell Treyew Road in much the same way as Bishop International Limited is being used to buy PAFC?
Our new pitch is designed and built to be played-on each week; Keith Todd wanted to stage rugby matches on it.
Heaney would settle several issues in one swoop.
He would get to keep Truro City FC, he would get money from the sale of Treyew Road with some or all of the cash used to purchase PAFC. He's not interested in Argyle as a football club but is interested in the development opportunities around Home Park.
He would get a ready-made football stadium that is up to League and Conference standard should Truro City get promoted again.
Ridsdale would run PAFC, Heaney would run TCFC and own the land around Home Park.
The next question is would the eventual profits from the redevelopment be used to prop up TCFC?
This is all speculation on my part.

Heaney's two off-shore companies have the same three Yorkshire-based Nominee companies as Bishop International.
[The governing body spoke with Argyle's lawyer David Hinchliffe yesterday morning.
"He doesn't envisage any legal problems," Ridsdale said. "As far as I'm aware, it is all on track."
Ridsdale added: "As I've said before, to a certain extent, as long as the check clears I don't care.
"All I know about the funding is that Brendan [Guilfoyle, lead administrator] is the one who gave him preferred bidder status."
Mr Guilfoyle was unavailable for comment yesterday but it is understood he accepted Bishop International's proof of funding in April, when the deal involved investment banker Koichiro Abe, who has since pulled out.
