Spent another 9hrs at the vigil tonight, from 4.30pm - 1.30am and the spirit, banter and just general FUN is showing no sign of abating! I think I could happily live out there for a good while, such was the amount of generous donations of food and drink coming in from argyle fans, from near and afar!
I apologise for not spending as much time out in the gazebos tonight, i was feeling a bit peaky (starting to get a cold, i think, from the soaking of the night before!) so spent a good part of the time in the minibus to keep myself warmer, as i am intending to be back in the morning to help with the clean up, and hopefully with the further cleaning of the bricks (some of them have terrible moss growth on the surface, so hopefully we'll have some brushes sorted for the morning?)
Anyway, someone asked if anyone has been there for most of the time, and while there are a few who have been there a long time, the one who instantly springs to mind is young Chloe, who has been there from the start, with only a couple trips home for an hour or two to freshen up, so I feel it right to give her a shout out! She was sent home earlier in the evening as she was near enough out on her feet, bless her! Well done though, and well done for carrying yourself very well in the interview with Sparksy, too!
Anyway, i really need to get to bed. See you all in the morning!
