Has the FL definitely said it will not give the golden share to PAFC125 during today's meeting?

The League can't do so, because Argyle's secured creditors have not had their money, as promised by the BIL bid. Heaney's attempt to blame the League for the impasse is disingenuous in the extreme, in my view.

That's what I don't get with the Football League, if they are not going to release the share until the secured creditors have been paid, and Heaney has always said he wouldn't part with any more money until he gets the share then why has it been allowed to drag on so long. The Football League could have refused the share months ago on that basis.
Disingenuous, or not, we'll never know if Heaney has the money without the share being granted.

The opposite is also true, if Heaney was never going to part with the money until he had the share, why didn't he walk away when the football league told him that wasn't going to happen?
