Sorry for the delay in posting. Been working up in Bristol today.
You all thought you had seen the last of me didn't you.
Firstly thank you for all the kind messages of support. It really means a lot to me.
The offer of Club President really is an honour and I took the time to discuss it with my close friends and family before saying YES.
On what the role entails - It is an honorary role and I will be meeting with James Brent to talk over the details in the coming week on how we can reconnect Argyle with the community.
We have also had some brief talks about supporters engagement and how I could maybe link into this - but this will be seperate from the Presidents role.
You all know how I feel about Argyle supporters and this is recognition through me for the whole Green Army.
I am not going to give promises or sweeping statements - All I will say is that I will always give my best in any role I take up and nothing will change the values or beliefs that I have. I will continue to post on Pasoti and place a very active role in supporting the Taverners in their work.
A very proud moment for me personally and for us all.
No more World Cups, no more foreign investment.
Plymouth Argyle belongs to its community and its supporters.
Today is a sign of James Brents support of that view.
We have our Club back.
