Is it as Warren or Wozzer? :)

On a serious note..........the Trust is 100% right to challenge this so full credit to Wozzer and the team.

This is the type of approach that I want to see as a member. I hope it hasn't come too late to encourage people to stand for election.

You know you can call me what you want Chris or is it Mr President?

On a serious note, thanks, waiting for a couple of phone calls from the nationals. Problem being we are not news worthy any more for them.

BT, I'm an avid Trust member matey, always have been and always will be.

Woz and I were joshing each other, that's all.

I hope the Trust grows to be stronger and stronger, and I'll certainly be renewing by membership, dependant on who's elected of course.

Their crass incompetence knows no bounds. As a Trust member I support any action that is taken.

Some of the comments in the Herald article are hilarious. No wonder Devon has never had a top flight club.

Just had a text from Woz who can't get online at the moment while travelling.

He's had a voicemail from Guilfoyle who says he is trying to get to the bottom of the letters. But he's not taking Woz's return call at the moment.

Woz will obviously update us here as and when he does speak to him. As has been said though, that may not be until the New Year holiday is over. But we're chasing all the same.

Sorry for bringing this back to the top and apologies if it has moved on! Was there any further word from BG, did he get to the bottom of it? On the face of it what they have done sounds like either a mistake or incredibly churlish.

Just a word of caution though (although I'm definitely no expert!). I think that if a company owes suppliers and subsequently appoints an administrator, from that point all payments must be made to the administrator, not to the original supplier. So if anyone who has received one of these letters paid a supplier and not PandA, they may have a case.

Happy for someone with better knowledge of these things to shoot me down if this is wrong!

Hi Mike,

I believe Woz has had some contact on behalf of the Trust and will give an update later today.

Tim

Things were a little quiet so I chased some media this morning.

Gave BBC spotlight Wozzer and Ian Newells details and encouraged them to run it tonight/tomorrow.

Waiting on a call back from SkySportsNews to do the same.

I spoke to Brendan Guilfoyle this morning and he assured me that P and A were drafting a letter of apology and an explanation.

He was very embarrassed and apologetic. More details when I receive a copy of the letter.
