The prosecution's appeal against conviction and sentence has been "won" at the South African Court of Appeal.

Pistorius verdict has been overturned and the verdict is guilty of murder.

At long last, justice for Reeva.
There is no argument to equal a happy smile!

Justice for Reeva no doubt but personally I'm more concerned about the horrendous justice system here in our own country...it's laughable and obscene. Some of the sentences handed out to certain offenders is an absolute joke and no wonder people have little faith in it.

Am intrigued - I am guessing you mean sentences are not harsh enough?

There is no such thing as a perfect justice system, and for all its faults (and there are bits where ours is lacking), ours is probably still one of the better in the world.

Problem is that most people's opinions are subjective and driven by emotion, while Justice is supposed to be objective and treat everyone fairly ... even if some people think that some criminals don't deserve to be treated fairly.
