I noticed in the match day moments that i think, as Argyle were taking a corner, the Burton no.2 had both arms around Hardie. almost wrestling him to the ground, (about two min, forty seconds in)
surely the ref. could have seen that, as most refs do at these situations,so would that warrant a penalty?
