It looks more than likely, Torquay will be involved in the National League Play Offs.if they get to the final, Randell will be playing 3 days before Argyle report back for pre-season training. Not the best scenario for Randell or Argyle.

The benefits to Argyle of one of our young players getting that kind of experience under his belt far, far outweighs any concerns about him having to delay his return to pre-season.

I would have thought that the more first-team action Randell is involved in the better. If he comes back to Argyle I don't see him starting many games at the moment (assuming Lowe brings in a bunch of experienced professionals). If Torquay get promoted, it might be a good idea to loan him back until at least Christmas- assuming they would want him. Same with the other lad who went there on loan and recently played a few games for Argyle.. ...can't remember his name at the moment !
