Watford, Wolves, Swansea, Millwall, Brighton...

All competing to get into the FA Cup Semi final today/tomorrow, while all being premier league/ championship. We can be a bigger club than all off these, yet we are happy with the board building a 18,500 seater stadium. Here's to our mediocracy for another 50 years :stout: :stout: :stout:

Swansea arent competing in the FA Cup anymore.

Millwall face Brighton tomorrow so thats one of those 2 out.

Watford havn't been out the top 2 tiers for the last 20 years.

As for Wolves need I mention the history and millions behind them?

Argyle underachieving and "potential" has been underused for decades. Ypu can hardly blame it at this board especially as this one seem to actually be getting things done!

Ross,

Swansea competed today and took Man money city to the bring, count that one back in, son.

Watford have had many battles with Argyle over the years, put that one to bed.

Wolves is a small town in the midlands, we are Britains oceans city with a population the size of Cardiff/Newcastle.

Underachieving/potential for decades etc...… blah bla blah. That's because of small minded owners/fans not recognising potential and possibility. I think this mindset is a westcountry 'thing'. Please do not conform.

Swansea, Millwall and Watford have grounds roughly the same (2k more) than the Stage 1 Home Park.

Wolves are just a huge club in comparison with Argyle, once the best in Europe before Real Madrid dominated in the 50s.

Yes, Argyle are a massively underachieving club, but to blame that on the current board who are finally doing something about it, is fairly bizarre.

Have you been on the sauce?

'The current board that are currently doing something about it'....

Invested £0 in squad...

Plymouth's population is a lot closer to that of Wolverhampton (which is a city and not a town) than it is with either Cardiff or Newcastle.

As for "Britain's Ocean City." It is just a tag-line made up by our own Council. It doesn't mean anything beyond the city boundaries.

Ignore. This is click bait stuff. Best if Zoo goes back to his corner. As an aside, Bournemouth are bankrolled.
Quite. Newcastle is about twice the size of Plymouth and both Cardiff and Wolverhampton are bigger than here too - plus they have billionaire owners and a successful history to boot, something we’ve never had. It’s like comparing apples and oranges. Plymouth is not a ‘football’ city (yet).

A Stadium that wont get filled because people will stay away as it lacks ambitions and isn't big enough ?

I think our Players and staff get paid, if so, some if the money goes there.

On here, ambition can get confused with jealous whinging.

Newcastle is not twice the of size of Plymouth... however if you add in the populations of adjoining areas such as Gateshead you get a combined population of many times greater than Plymouth. Just saying ;)

A stupid tag line as we are nowhere near the ocean!
