Forget the last 9 games, or any other segment of the season. If we are in the bottom 4 after 46 games, we deserve to go down.

Not saying we won"t stay up, but it's looking dicey.

We're a bigger club than most in League One and our position should reflect that.

You go up or down on merit - or the lack of it.

There's no points for deserving anything. Other than being officially punished, you are where you should be, no matter how grand a Stadium or the relative amount of fans you might consider you have.

If we finish 20th in the league after 46 games then we will deserve to stay up.

The fact that in that scenario there would be 4 teams less deserving says more about them than us. We are very, very bad no doubt about that...

My Argyle career has seen five promotions and five relegations. The last two relegations there were understandable reasons - we were finally out of our depth in the Championship and for dropping out of League One we had financial issues and a 10 point deduction.

This possible relegation doesn't make any sense, there's no reason for it. How can we go from five wins in six games to one win in nine games in a matter of weeks?

Can you explain HOW we are a bigger Club then most in Div 1 - interested how you arrive at that conclusion.

I'm pretty resigned to League Two football now. We have been relegated enough times the past 20 years to know what a relegation run in smells like. Barnsley and Accrington will wipe the floor with us. The only tears this time Wotton will be if Derek Adams is still in charge next August.

He was talking about crowd size,obviously :roll:

We are one of the biggest clubs in league 1 if you look at our crowd size,but it’s the budget size that counts now in most leagues.

Having said that a decent manager helps as well,which Adams would led you to believe he is too

I’m a great believer that you end the season where you deserve to, after everyone has played each other twice.

If we finish 20th or higher, we deserve to stay up.

Following and history. Top end of the 3rd tier should be par for Argyle, as it always was before the admin fiasco. Next season we will finally have a ground back which will also be too good for the 4th tier.

Argyle should not be what it appears we are becoming: a yo-yo club between 3rd tier and basement.

As for the original question, where we end up after 46 games is where we'll deserve to be. Personally, I now think we're going down.

This is what i have long feared, we used to yo yo between 2nd & 3rd tier now we have to get used to drifting between 3rd & 4th tier Championship is just a distant dream, forget it
