Ryan Lowe talked to the club website about the 2-0 win against Plymouth Parkway ....
“It is always nice to get your first win, and there was definitely an improvement.
“We got on the front foot, and got in the right areas. Every day is a learning day, so the players are learning more and more. They are asking questions as to what we want, and they are producing.

“Klaidi Lolos, Michael Peck and Adam Randell - the three of them have been brilliant hence why they are playing some minutes.
“Klaidi has got something special and he is going to score more goals. Adam and Mike are a bit different in that they have defensive duties but Klaidi is a talent.”

Former Argyle midfielder/defender Yann Songo'o played as a trialist for Scunthorpe United on Saturday in a pre-season game and is about to sign a deal.

Journalist Alan Nixon reports Argyle will receive £350,000 from the £5 million sale of Southampton striker Sam Gallagher to Blackburn...

Ryan Lowe reveals new signing Will Aimson will not travel to Spain for the pre-season training camp. The defender is recovering from a pelvic injury sustained last season at Bury and will have an injection...
"Will won't come to Spain with us. He's going to stay with a specialist.
"When we get back we are hoping to have some minutes in Will against Bristol Rovers.
"His injection is fine. He's happier and he's smiling more. Will will be right, but it's pointless taking him to Spain when he's going to work another week."
Lowe will make a decision on Monday regarding the future of trialist keeper Jordan Holmes.

Scunthorpe United sign former Argyle player Yann Songo'o on a one-year deal, manager Paul Hurst said ....
"I've predominately brought him in as a midfielder, but that's not to say we might need to use him somewhere else."
