My only moan to the day is why does it take me 10 min after the game to get from the back of block 11 to pitch side when the rest of the ground is moving freely :furious: :furious:

If the rest of the ground is moving freely, that suggests that the ones in front of your block are dawdling.

Dawdling is a massive frustration in the blocks 6/7/8 corner, all 3 exit out of one path and everyone seems to get to the bottom to look at the pitch rather than exit.

Also doesn't help that plenty walk over from 9/10/11 and add to the congestion.

Back few rows in Block 8 take the walk around to the Demport End, by the time we get around, it's a straight walk out, no congestion.

Not a bad idea, just a pain I'm stuck in the middle of the block so no hope of skirting around anywhere

totally agree, there are to many blocks trying to get out of that one exit there, and as you said empty seats suddenly fill up with people with 5 mins to go,, and there is a lot of disabled people in the fronts of block 678 , it can all be solved if they opened the big tunnel exit again ,especially for the disabled slower fans

Yes is there a reason why the tunnel isn't being opened?

I'm sure Jon B said before it was never meant as an exit, just an emergency thing.

Apparently the existing exits meet evacuation standards (and I'm sure they do if everyone is moving to get away from a fire or something), but that all means nothing when people are dawdling at the exits, debating going to the loo or my all time favourite irritation - just stopping for no reason what-so-ever.

Stewards should be forcing those on the stairs to keep moving and those at the exits to leave rather than standing there looking at the pitch.
