That's a shame, but it would be great to completely revamp the youth set-up, as it clearly isn't working as well as it can in finding and preparing youngsters for the first team. The (probably unrealistic) dream would be to create something similar to Southampton, but I'd at least love to see some real thought and innovation now.
Presumably Neil Dewsnip is going to have a big role in that.
