Extendable players tunnel

Bearing in mind the proximity to the away end, and that our players exit nearer to the away fans, would the idea of an extending players tunnel be worth considering?

It could be self financing, through advertising, with maximum TV exposure as players come onto the pitch, during our promotion run :scarf: and in future Cup matches

Does it matter?

It’s what they do on the pitch that matters, not what they walk through to get on to the pitch.

It might matter if you're the player that's just scored a hat trick against that mob in red and white up the road, or you've scored a goal that relegates a team. Then you're a bit close to away fans for comfort. (I'm told there was a discussion about moving the away section a while ago)

Also surprised there’s not astro turf leading to the pitch from the dressing rooms, and I think we still have that white wall thing from the building work?

Both corners certainly look a bit unfinished at the moment, perhaps they’re now just waiting until the close season to tidy them up.

Surely the danger would be greater when play is down in the zoo corner anyway.

Corners, set pieces etc...

Can't really see the point of an extendable tunnel.

As for the menace from that 'orrible mob in red and white, if they can't accurately pick the best team in Devon I doubt they can accurately throw a fit let alone a projectile.

The Red Legion have been crying in their warm milk Cos they’ve had to disband.

All good, EC have only picked up 1 point in the 3 games since they had a hissy fit.

What's the point of a 'legion' if they're flagless?

Perhaps these can help.

They could simply rebrand themselves as "the red lesion".

Nothing much would change really.
