Having the same problem I phoned the Box Office who explained they suddenly found yesterday a printing problem with the remaining batches of tickets, which therefore had to be returned to Orient.
Online sales will re-commence this week once replacements received.

I’ve just been able to get on again & get the ticket I was unable to get yesterday ( seemingly the 844th!).
This suggests( from what the box office told me yesterday pm) that the re-printed tickets have arrived; maybe, MikeGreensTache, that also includes yours & it will arrive tomorrow

Mine has just arrived. ‘Giprint East Stand, unreserved searing’. I think my reservation number my 782.

Just knock on the side gate and say you had to leave the ground to get something for a medical emergency. Works every time at that ground.
