If you could pick only ONE player to sign from League 2 (presuming we gain promotion) who would it be and why?

That bloke Cooper at Plimuff, he’s got a great left foot and provides loads of assists.

Bez Lubala from Crawley - great dribbler, extremely strong on the ball and great eye for goal. And he’s only 22.

Technically soon to be L1, but if Swindon are in that much financial difficulty then Eoin Doyle could be a great acquisition. Anyone know how much they paid for him?

I think that they paid for him with a good chunk of financial difficulty...
That's what players like Doyle cost and why we should always try to avoid signing them.

If we want a target man to replace Ryan Taylor, Ollie Palmer of Crawley is out of contract this summer. Scores goals and a is real handful. Not entirely sure he fits our style of football though.

Then again, if we sign Hardie, extend Jephcott and retain Moore and Telford, we’re pretty well stocked up front.

I appreciate one swallow does not make a summer and all that, but based on all the games I saw this season, the most impressive player I saw was Jaiyesimi of Swindon.
