No.12 - Benjamin wins. He can cover 100 metres while Jack can only cover 90 in the first race. In the second race, which, for B, is now 110 metres, J will have to run 100 metres before B does his 110. They will both have 10 metres left to run by the time B gets to 100 metres (J will be at 90) so B will cover the last 10 metres quicker and win
