All sounds sensible and strikes the right tone. Hopefully the fact that people have to proactively ask for refunds means that people will only do that if they feel they need to from a financial perspective (in which case they absolutely should do that without judgement).

Personally I’d be disappointed with anyone asking for a credit note, particularly given the amount of money that the Hallett’s have provided in recent times. You either need the money now or you don’t.
