Does the online superstore still charge VAT to buyers outside the UK and EU?

Not sure how it works with mail order, as you usually reclaim at point of departure.

Have you tried reclaiming VAT at "point of departure"? lolz
Anyway, I'm ordering online from somewhere in the rest of the world. I do quite a bit of this... but never have this VAT issue.
And yes, I also pay regular tax in the UK via my pensions...
