'Manual Interventions' to Fixtures.

I was told today that the reason why the fixture list did not come out yesterday was because the EFL are making 'manual interventions' to it.

Apparently they are trying to pull out the 'geographically close games' and ensuring they will not be affected by the behind closed doors sanctions.

Makes a bit of sense if true.

They may have needed to make changes based on today's Macclesfield ruling too.

I would think the delay to the fixtures, must be in some regard, due to the outstanding appeals. Charlton appeal against Sheffield Wednesday has still not be resolved. It would look amateurish if they had to alter the fixtures, because of any appeal decisions.
