What a brilliant (whilst in the bath) listen. He really comes across as a good and decent man who is very confident of what he will do for us.

Loved it - and I can almost hear Ryan Lowe’s voice when Frank advised he said

“We don’t sign Kn*bheads here”

He really does seem like such a solid guy and he seems to be excited to be here with the opportunity to play up top.

Very impressed that he has the confidence to prefer a 12 month contract with us, rather than a 3 year contract offered by the other league 1 club. The ignorance of the interviewer regarding our region, saying ‘there’s not much there’, is instructive. I’ve met many Londoners who’ve never been further west than Shepherds Bush, and he’s a good example. However a really good interview all round.
