Usually it says something like 'Apr 2003 - Present' doesn't it?

Yes, a LinkedIn entry only shows an end date if you edit your profile to put one in. Otherwise it shows ' - present' as you suggest. So that is a pretty strong suggestion that he is not working for PAFC any more although obviously it is not proof.

I had no idea Rick Cowdery was the supporter liaison officer at Argyle.

This is a little ironic considering he was a pretty divisive figure and seemed to aggravate everyone, especially with the irritating twitter behaviour.

It is encouraging to see the club is getting more professional off the pitch in numerous areas.

Seems slightly strange to only publicise the appointment of the supporter liaison officer on twitter and not the Official website.
