Cabinet Minister Michael Gove has said this morning the return of fans to stadiums from 1st October will be 'paused' and the pilot test events will also be postponed .... BBC

Ryan Lowe was in attendance at the under-23 game between Everton and Leicester City on Monday evening with the Toffees winning 3-0.
The Premier League 2 game was played at Southport and attracted 10+ scouts.
The Everton team: Tyrer, John, Connolly, Astley, Ouzounidis, Baningime, Onyango, Adineran, Broadhead, Simms, Bowler. Subs: Hansen (GK), Iversen, Hughes, Quirk, Anderson.

At least 10 Leyton Orient players have tested positive for Covid-19 and it's understood some players felt not 100% before playing against Argyle in the Carabao Cup ... The Guardian

Argyle Old Boys - Jeff Cook. Jeff started his football career in South Africa and his goal-scoring exploits alerted Stoke City back in the UK who signed him in 1977. He moved to Argyle on-loan midway through the 1979-1980 season, scoring five goals in seven games. The striker moved to Home Park on a permanent deal for the 1981-1982 season and over the two spells scored 26 goals in 71 appearances for the Greens.
He left to join Halifax Town in 1983 and finished career at non-league level with Worksop Town, North Ferrriby United and finally Ferryhill Athletic.
After working for the Professional Footballers Association Jeff qualified as a school teacher working his way up to Head Teacher and in 2017 retired from the profession.

If that's proven, there has to be serious repercussions, particularly if players were forced to attend the game, and if there is any knock on impact on the health of our players and staff, or those at Mansfield or Oldham.
