SH: We could strengthen in January if we are in play-offs but it will not be about spending money. We will look at free players.

SH: We have acted well during pandemic - handing grandstand to NHS, stood against racism,
restructuring of youth academy, good work done by Argyle Community Trust.
Football clubs at centre of local communities and deserve financial help.
Despite Covid the club has done well with revenue from high teas, pitchside meals etc, shop is selling well. Could have bees/bee keeper at Home Park.
Staff including senior figures have forgone bonuses plus there were redundancies.
But still losing money, around £2m will be lost this season.
Need more help from fans, please keep buying merchandise and iFollow subscriptions and merchandise.
Possible 4 cameras for Doncaster game. Club understands there are problems with iFollow.
Stressed that fans really need to help out financially if you can.
AP: Critical that not just ST holders are allowed back into Home Park.
GSA: Frustrating dealing with Covid but lads are doing well and in good spirits, it's the new normal, we don't want games called off. I speak to lads to make sure they are ok, especially young players.
AP: Club lose out on iFollow matchday passes for Portsmouth but balanced out by receiving Sky money.
AP: EFL Covid guidelines - becoming more difficult especially travel to other grounds. Need to get through this season, could be Thursday games if Saturday games are postponed.
Other games called off because clubs don't want to play due to Covid but will be subject of EFL investigation and possible sanctions. Although results of investigations will take months.
SH: Club strategy - pre-Covid - if promoted research says we would be bottom third of Championship in financial terms and in football terms have around 75% chance of avoiding relegation.
Club can compete in League One but more difficult in Championship.
Championship is league that really needs to change.
GSA: My future is in coaching, hopefully at Argyle.
AP: Dining facilities for Pioneers at Doncaster game.
AP: ST options very soon, revenue important about £1.5m, hope to keep money but understand some fans are struggling financially.
SH: When ST sold there was no refund option, club need to be certain of income. Hopefully fans will do their bit and thank you in advance.
AP: Directors haven't discussed financial loans from fans.
SH: Not keen on debt owed to people, possible that fans can have small shares in club but not imminent.
GSA: Players adapting to playing with no fans but it's strange. Players are professional, it's less pressure with no fans.
Lucky to play for a well run club, players trust how the club is run.

I loved it when Gaz said Holloway was his favourite manager to play under, after RL. Said he was just so funny all the time and of course the football we played was pretty decent too, whatever your opinion of what happened next.
Watching something like this makes me realise, all over again, how much and how sincerely I love my football club.
