All the athletic article says is:

“ Forest have also been keeping an eye on the progress of Plymouth Argyle striker Luke Jephcott, who has scored 12 goals in 14 starts and three sub appearances in League One. Although it remains to be seen whether the 20-year-old — who is being touted as a future Wales international — is somebody they will move for in January.”

Forest already have a bloated squad with 3 unregistered players. They need to ship a few out and already have experienced strikers in Grabban and Taylor so Luke would be 3rd or 4th choice. With his positioning work I’d probably enjoy watching his link ups with Antony Knockaert (who experienced great success with the similar movement of Glenn Murray at Brighton) but Hughton isn’t known for bringing youth through so I don’t think it’d be the right move.

Every team,scout ,Tom,Dick and Harry are keeping an eye on Jephcott.
Why may you ask=== a young footballer who just scores goals at this level is worth “K an I on”
When somebody pays over a million for him let me know.
