We must have one of the most expensive and structured management set-ups in the lower leagues. OK even accepting Lowey is still apparently 'raw and learning his trade before inevitable stardom'?.....surely folk like Shuey, Dewsnip and Galley should be able to see and advise on our repeated failings? Hallett must be questioning cost of this Project...

Agree completely, this is very basic stuff. The delay in having to move backwards takes away all forward momentum, and constantly thwarts promising attacking situations.
