I thought that Hemings should have been booked for stopping us take a quick free kick twice while the ref looked on, but apart from that he was what you want from a ref.

I'd give him a 6, which is very high from me.

I didn't really notice him.

Allowed Burton to gain 10-15m every throw but that apart was reasonably unbiased - equally crap decisions for both teams. One of the best this season - 3.

Two preposterous drop ball situations.
Twice the ref stopped play with Burton having lost possession (in one instance the Burton player was sat on the floor), twice he ordered Argyle players ten yards back for uncontested drops which resulted in Burton lumping it into the box.
