The People newspaper reports that Reid wants to sign Donal McDermott on-loan from Man City.
He's a 21-year old Irish winger who is yet to make a first team appearance but he has played on-loan at MK Dons, Scunthorpe and Chesterfield.

The paper forgot to mention our transfer embargo.

It would be an incredible coup if we got him. I've seen him play a lot and he's got serious ability. He'll never get a look in at City but he will definitely go on to be a regular at International level and play in the Premiership.
