When I spoke to Paul Stapleton before the game yesterday, he said that the board had approached Chris Dawson five times with a view to doing a deal over stadium naming rights, shirt sponsorship - the whole shebang.

Dawson isn't interested.

I cant help but get annoyed whenever I see this man's name!!!! He doesn't give a fig for argyle! Bit sad for a local man with plenty of cash! Still, each to their own.

why would an astute businessman like chris dawson,or any other come to think of it, want to invest in argyle when there wont be any return for them?

I wonder if the board have approached Sutton Harbour Holdings. They specialise in owning buildings and renting them out. Their biggest shareholder out of interest just happens to be one Dan McCauley.
