Heaney doesn't do media

Asked for comment yesterday, Mr Heaney said: "I have a philosophy of not speaking to the media, especially when they tell lies."

As you can tell, I have only just joined pasoti but I have been watching intently on all the goings on at HP. I would just like to say thank you to Chris for (getting up on time for his interview

and the endless hours of work he has put in. I would also like to thank all of the fans who have done so much to help the staff and also to try to secure a positive future for Argyle. You are fine people

I'm on the phone so can't do a link but today's Herald is carrying the story of there being no money in the pot. When they approached Heaney he replied " I have a philosophy of not talking to the media, especially when they tell lies". I didn't think he talked to anybody unless ambushed in hotels. :lol: :lol: :lol:
Seriously though, given the current situation, I would have thought he'd have taken the opportunity to set the record straight. I think it just shows the contempt of the man.
