Hi everyone, in October I'm running the Plymouth 10k in aid of the Campaign Against Living Miserably.

More details about the charity can be found on my Just Giving page here at https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/joshuapope.

In short, it's a charity that aims to raise awareness/end the stigma of and help prevent and lower male suicide rates and depression.

Any donation would be much appreciated though raising awareness of the charity in itself is as important for me. Thank you.

Completed this today in 49:06, my first ever 10k run and without any training whatsoever - so fairly pleased.

The link is still active and I've now reached an amazing £280 for CALM, way more than I'd ever hoped to raise for the charity but am delighted with how it has gone.
