I know this is a very divided debate and maybe continue to be so ?

In today's "Plymouth Live", there is a new input of what local businesses feel etc.

I may NOT subscribe to all that BUT the simple truth IS [by definition] that The City of Plymouth will NEVER develop WITHOUT an airport.

Indeed, it will grow backwards, as I [personally] have seen over the recent past.

Yes, I hear X,Y, Z, will be moving to Drake Circus...…..

The new railway station will have a new walk-way to...……….

Why are they moving in, why did the others move out ?

For how long will they stay, how sustainable will they be [a la James Brent] ?

Until the next shift get conned to move in ?

Plymouth centre is a derelict backwater, full of empty or cheap shops for lease or rent - it IS an eye-sore !

But, the powers-that-be put their head in the sand and...……………..do nothing ?

I await with baited breath for the day when Plymouth wakes up and...…………………….?
