In their findings, the airport consultants say that:
If the airport site is redeveloped for non-airport uses, the city would lose the only airport infrastructure it currently has
No airline operator would currently find routes to or from Plymouth commercially attractive
So now we have to wait and see what the council cabinet will do with the airport land when it considers the draft of the Plymouth Plan in December.
