Thought I'd start this today considering it's the day of release...I found Pasoti very useful in 2016 to trade away my swaps! Anyone else horrified that it's 80p a pack?

80p a pack! For a couple of bits of sticky paper?

I also read someone complaining on Twitter that in their first 6 packs they'd already got 5 swaps! I remember in my Premiership sticker collecting days I could sit there and open a good 15-20 odd packs before I got my first swap. I imagine Panini are rather greedy these days and release stickers in more stages to keep you collecting for longer or simply make some stickers far rarer than others.

Was disappointed with the price increase, but I decided to do it anyway. I got three swaps in the 31 stickers that came with the book, but that was the same in 2014 for me.

Bring back World Cup coins!

Suspect not many will remember these collectors pieces.

Remember them well. Still got the England World Cup squad collection from 1970. My Grandad drove all round the Plymouth area, calling in at Esso garages to get them for me.

I might do it cos it was great fun doing the euros. 80p is abit steep though. Amazon sell boxes of stickers. Check to see if they work out cheaper.

I was too young at the time but wasn’t it Esso (as poster above says)....that did these?

I love novelty stuff like that.

As a kid in 86, they brought out stop smoking World Cup cards and l collected them. Weren’t valuable, just something l enjoyed doing.

I believe there is a mobile app for it this year too but I'm guessing you don't get the book if you do it that way.

Wasn’t there a euros app???

You get a book in the app to place the stickers in. I think you could swap with friends who had the app. Something makes me think it didn’t have as much detail as the actual book.

The online experience isn’t as enjoy l found, but is way more cheaper. I swapped with other people on here through pm when l did the actual album/book and everyone was good to deal with.

Do they still have the order form so that I can buy stickers instead of swapping because I have no soul?

No order form. There are instructions as to how you can order 50 stickers via the internet though.

A math Professor has calculated it will cost £773 to complete the book, more than double the cost of the Euro 2016 book.
He calculated you would need to buy nearly 5000 stickers, including doubles, to finish the book.

What started as a fun hobby at each tournament is now big business.

I had a bit going spare so bought two boxes of 100 packs. I'm currently on 540/682 after £150. (And with nearly 500 swaps to help me get the last 142 stickers). Think £773 is well off unless it doesn't include any swapping at all.
