Say what you like about the skill of architects, but it’s plain to see that that corner will never extend round to new the new lower grandstand, in the manner that the pictures depict.

Either there is actually no plan to fill in that corner, or, there would be a large drop off between the corner and the main length of the stand.

You're wrong. Your naked eye might tell you it's plain to see, but the architectural plans are correct.

Which, funnily enough, is what that Artist Impression shows ?

No they don’t. A small drop maybe, but nothing that big.

So going by the GoS photos today and webcam3 clearly things have indeed changed. As we can see that now the concrete terraces are in place ,and physically touching the changing rooms, the side of the changing rooms stick up above the first ten rows of terraces and next to that for the remaining rows of seats the GoS pictires clearly show where the new toilet block will be.
S lets hope a girder can be fitted on top of the changing rooms to support a nice big screen.

If it ever happens, I think that the seats coming around the corner from the Barn Park End would be at a steeper angle than the new Mayflower seats, allowing them to go across the front and over the top of the new changing rooms. I think that is why the new changing rooms have a slightly irregular shape.
