Also... for an idea of what a new £10m build would look like, look at the aborted HHP stand. The final design looked smart but this... and definitely the final Stage 2 plans... look better, more unique and more Plymouth Argyle in my opinion.
Biggs your figures are way off the mark...James Brent quoted a new grandstand at 10 million not 12 -13 million as you are quoting so let's put that to bed right away...a rebuild would not necessarily cost 3 -4 million either as the plant equipment and stuff are already on site and we are down to the bare bones if you care to,look at GOS photos....so a rebuild is quite do able especially over a 30 years timescale...a new stand would be modern, fit for purpose and state of the art....
