The proposals for the colour of the external cladding of the Grandstand cladding have changed. When originally proposed in August 2017 the colour was RAL 6005 - Moss Green. That changed in June 2018 to RAL 6007 - Bottle Green with the revisions to the Grandstand as part of the Non-material amendment application. That colour change has been maintained in the latest set of revised proposals submitted earlier this month. The City Council, therefore, have not yet approved the plans that show the external cladding to be RAL 6007 - Bottle Green.
The change to the darker Bottle Green colour appears to be part of a wider re-branding to tie in with the shirt colour and the signage and redecoration of internal areas of the 'horseshoe'. The colour of the former turnstile doors in the new Club Shop appears to be a continuation of this strategy. I assume the Club sought the views of the GAGWG in respect of the change in colour for the external cladding of the Grandstand.
Bottle Green is a darker shade of green than Moss Green. If you put the RAL numbers 6005 and 6007 in a search engine you will be able to tell the difference
