December 2nd A R G :scarf: Y L E

Camera 1 Most of the pitch is in shadow as the afternoon sun is blocked by the Grandstand. Some players walking around the pitch training session over.
Camera 2 Clean up crew of 3 guys washing and wiping the seats, also sweeping away the rain water that does'nt drain away, maybe the concrete slabs should have had a a very slight incline so the water would drain away. Also the tarps in the first section have been removed

Here's a slight better one Kevin. ;)

This one will have a 'halo lighting effect' around it apparently.

PS Please note this does not break the embargo as it was taken from the public walkway plus of course it was not taken from within.

In that subject I was with a group shown around today and all I can say is wow. Well worth the wait. Everyone involved deserves congratulations, it really is the mutt's nuts.

December 24th A R G :scarf: Y L E

Camera 1 Nothing new to see
Camera 2 Section L now clean and tidied up and tarp removed. I dont think it has rained in the last 24 hours and there are still puddles on some of the rows, so if they are not removed before a game some people may have there shoes/boots in the puddles.

I've mentioned the camber on the concrete before. Based on my own experience of the leaky roof in the Lyndhurst, a small puddle on the smooth concrete can be quite slippery, so there's a Slip possibilty to be aware of. Also, it can be a problem for anyone who brings a bag. Your Morrison snacks might get a bit damp !

December 6th A R G :scarf: Y L E

Camera 1 Slowly all the seats in the Mayflower terrace are being washed and cleaned, just sections A R G to do also the tarps have been removed from sections Space Y L E
Camera 2 About 8 suits are standing in front of the dugouts having a natter. Still one advertising panel available on balcony. Terraces still look wet maybe a wetvac will be needed to mop up the water.

December 7th A R G :scarf: Y L E

Camera 1 All quiet today waiting for the grand opening tomorrow, Will the fans tomorrow be seated all together on the Terrace or Grandstand or will they be assigned to idifferent sections to test the various amenities.
Camera 2 Most of the moisture on the terraces seems to have disappeared but row 5 up from the bottom is still very wet all the way along the row.

December 8th A R G :scarf: Y L E

Camera 1 The 2 cameras were left on for the ladies game, it was good to see people on the terraces and up in the Grandstand, first time in nearly 2 years.
Camera 2 Most of the people on the terraces stayed near the top to stay out of the rain. I noticed that the advertising fence in front of the terraces appears to be lower than the advertising fence around the rest of the pitch, is there a reason for this?

Dunno, but it looks better in my opinion. Maybe the seats are lower to the pitch? Or the boards are the minimum height allowed so you see a few inches more of the ARG YLE lettering?
