The dugouts are extremely close together at lots of top grounds... be thankful for the potential entertainment!

The subs would be warming up by the side of the pitch as normal, they'll never have to hop over the barriers. They'd also be tripping up over fan's feet and knocking over their cups of tea if they were doing it on the concourse.
There are padded seats in lots of stadiums, Arsenal most notably. Quick TripAdvisor search of the Emirates shows that the weather is a common problem in the first few rows there as well and can't really be solved unless it's an indoor arena.... "If it rains, you won't get wet unless you are seated in the first 6 or 8 rows of the lower tier, or are unlucky enough to have the wind blow it in on top of you. It can get a little chilly due to the open gaps at the back of the stadium, but wrap up warm as you would any outdoor event and you'll be fine."
There is a lot of nitpicking going on! It might not be 10/10 for everyone, but it's at least a solid 8/10 and a really impressive and unique facility for the pretty low cost.
