Feel that I must congratulate the staff in the ticket office. Notification of our seats shows that we are in almost exactly the same position as before (aisle seats etc.) and they were very quick to send tickets. (After a bit of a wait on the phone, which I think is totally understandable considering the amount of callers they must have had ?). I spoke to them Fri dinnertime and our new tickets & Bradford tickets arrived the next morning.
Well done all staff concerned :scarf:
