These have been mentioned on media recently:-
Disco.
Juke Box.
Milkman.
I will suggest bus conductor.
Any others?

Not to be picky, but I did mention the phone-derived 'dial' and 'line' above!
Speaking of dial-up, who under 30-odd would know the once-ubiquitous AOL? Even more recently, once mega-sites like MySpace and Friends Reunited, the latter of which I remember ITV buying for some absurd sum (several hundred million, I think it was) only to find that it was being rapidly superseded by Facebook and the like.
The innovation that changed everything, meaning that companies like Facebook could insinuate themselves into every aspect of billions of lives and make it almost impossible for them to disengage? The iPhone, quickly imitated by everyone else.
